All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We take great care in the quality of every piece we create. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at midwestmerch@yahoo.com with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
